Anyone who knows my teachings, knows that I believe action goals are the key to building your business because you can specifically hold yourself accountable for these goals (because it requires only you to act). However, you have to have results. Results goals are what you use to create the action plan that you ultimately follow. And results goals represent what you are trying to achieve from an extrinsic standpoint.
A good part-time goal is to sponsor 1 new person a week. This can be a customer or a business partner. This is an extremely attainable goal if you work the process the correct way and stay accountable for meeting your appraoch action goals. If you are working the process as I teach it you will find that for every 10 approaches you make 5 to 7 will be interested in learning. However for the sake of of creating an action plan, use the number 3. So for every 10 approaches 3 will be open to learning. The next aspect is of those that go to the info/story stage you can expect about 1 in 5 to take the step to become a customer or partner.
When I give you these numbers, I am speaking of immediate impacts, I am not accounting for the scores of people who will take action at a later date as you continue to work the process. So if you understand the formula, for every 10 you will get 3 to learn and for every 5 who learn you will sponsor one (roughly). This means that you need to approach 15 to sponsor one. In your action planning, if you consistently approach 3 per day, 5 days a week, you will average sponsoring one (provided you are following the behavioral guidelines and the principals of "The Process").
Sponsor one a week until you reach your goals...it is simple and YOU CAN DO IT!!!
