Create the Quality of life you want

Welcome! My name is Todd Burrier. Over two decades ago I was blessed to have been laid off in the banking industry during a time of economic upheaval. This led me to search for a way to have more control over my own future. I wound up in the home business world. After seven hard years of lessons and personal growth, I found a way to build a highly successful business from home, using some very basic and simple human principles. I have since been able to mentor many people on the path to a better life through creating a home based income stream. This blog is dedicated to helping anyone in a networking style business succeed. I will be sharing proven concepts for growing and leading a successful business. Anyone who is nice, honest, and committed to succeeding can do what I teach. If there are any topics you specifically would like me to address as we go along, just let me know. To comment on any posting mouse over next to the time of the post.

The Beauty of a snow storm

I love snow storms. I just think snow is so beautiful...I am not a huge fan of cold, but man do I love snow. I don't mind having to do a little shoveling. It's a small price to pay for the majestic beauty of watching the snow fall and having snow covered fields and trees for several days. There's another big reason I love snow storms...because people are home and they are also less stressed. I don't know why the less stressed part is true, I can speculate multiple things, but it is true and for this purpose that's enough.

Anyway, snow storms are a contacting paradise.I have had many of my best days in business during snow storms. I get my coffee...and then ultimately hot chocolate...and I park myself on the phone for hours. You can do a week's worth of approaches in a few hours, you can follow-up with the people who are interested but have been hard to catch up with, you can skype, you can present by phone, you can do so much its incredible. I have had snow storm days where I sponsored 5 people without leaving my chair!

So if you are in an area that is snow-bound, or have contacts who are snow-bound, get on the horn and have some fun. It's one of the best times to work your business!
