Create the Quality of life you want

Welcome! My name is Todd Burrier. Over two decades ago I was blessed to have been laid off in the banking industry during a time of economic upheaval. This led me to search for a way to have more control over my own future. I wound up in the home business world. After seven hard years of lessons and personal growth, I found a way to build a highly successful business from home, using some very basic and simple human principles. I have since been able to mentor many people on the path to a better life through creating a home based income stream. This blog is dedicated to helping anyone in a networking style business succeed. I will be sharing proven concepts for growing and leading a successful business. Anyone who is nice, honest, and committed to succeeding can do what I teach. If there are any topics you specifically would like me to address as we go along, just let me know. To comment on any posting mouse over next to the time of the post.

Simple Recruiting

Sponsoring new business builders is simple and easy if you just let the Process work. In building a big business, one of the most important things you can do is find new business builders. This is where leverage of effort happens and where you can eventually build the kind of income you desire. The good news here is that the need is great. There are many people looking right now for a long term financial solution. If you keep this simple, it is not hard to find them.

You need 2 things to make this part of the process work smoothly: 1) the discipline to make the new contacts for the business every day 2) a presentation tool to leverage your time and make it easy for your prospect to learn about what you have to offer. If you will commit to offering your opportunity to at least 3 people every day, you will sponsor 3 to 4 new business builders per month. This is the best way to build forward once you have built your customer base. For every 3 or 4 people who say they want to build the business, you will generally find at least one who will take some action to do so. For every 3 or 4 who take some action to do so, you will find one who takes significant action. This is just the way it is. This is what makes it simple. You can count on the numbers playing out. It is simply your job to work the process the right way to let them play.

The beauty of a good presentation tool, is that the prospect will feel safe to learn, so a higher amount of your contacts will investigate your offer. You do not need to be a skilled presenter to succeed. Simply invite your prospect to watch, listen, or read whatever it is you are using. For the business, I most prefer a visual tool, like a video clip or web presentation because it utilizes more senses and therefor connects with more people. By using a tool, the prospect is taking their time to learn, not yours. After they see it, they are either interested or they are not. If they aren't, you have invested very little time in them. If they are, then you can have a fun conversation where you help them. It's easy.

All you really have to do is invite them to the tool! You can do this by saying something as simple as "I have a wonderful way to grow a second income that is working for me, if I sent you some information would you like to see it? If it's not for you that's okay." This is easy to do.

I personally invite a little more directly by saying "I am expanding my business and you are exactly the kind of person I would like to work with. There's no pressure here, because if it's not for you that's okay with me, but if I sent you some information would you like to see it? And then if you like what you see we can talk about it...if not that's okay."

Another one I used a lot in my early years "I found a great way to make money from home without any investment, it might not be for you, but if I sent you some information would you look at it? If you like what you see we can talk about it, if not, no big deal."

I have listed at least 20 different approaches that work in the back of "The Process." These aren't guesses at what will work...they work and thats why I give them to you! This is one of the best times to business prospect you could ever find. We have an amazing opportunity window in the next few years. Invite, invite, invite!
