Create the Quality of life you want

Welcome! My name is Todd Burrier. Over two decades ago I was blessed to have been laid off in the banking industry during a time of economic upheaval. This led me to search for a way to have more control over my own future. I wound up in the home business world. After seven hard years of lessons and personal growth, I found a way to build a highly successful business from home, using some very basic and simple human principles. I have since been able to mentor many people on the path to a better life through creating a home based income stream. This blog is dedicated to helping anyone in a networking style business succeed. I will be sharing proven concepts for growing and leading a successful business. Anyone who is nice, honest, and committed to succeeding can do what I teach. If there are any topics you specifically would like me to address as we go along, just let me know. To comment on any posting mouse over next to the time of the post.

Youth

Yesterday on the way back from our afternoon activities, I was speaking with a very nice and humble young man. He is at the event without his wife who is 7 months pregnant with their first child, so they did not feel safe with her traveling. On his next birthday he will be 27 years old.

He started his business 4 and a half years ago at the age of 23. Now he earns more than twice the money that he and his wife and his soon to come child need to live comfortably. He is looking forward to the baby of course, and I think he is fully conscious of how wonderful his situation is. When the baby is born he plans to simply hang out with his wife and child for 3 months. He won't travel or work proactively, he will just field support calls and stay in touch with his organization from home.

Many people think that they are too young at 23 to build a business...I guess he was not limited by this thinking. He didn't realize that he was too young. Which of course meant he wasn't! What a great thing for a young couple with their entire family life together to be able to spend so much quality time in what matters...and you know what? Any young person can do this. The need is great in the world for what we have to offer. The world doesn't care what our age is, it only wants to know if we have something that can help!
