The Bible: Jonah, Chapter 3: Basically God had Jonah swallowed by a whale because, among other things, he was not practicing what he was preaching! A leader must do what he encourages others to do. People do what they SEE you do, not what you SAY (don't believe me?...look at children:-)

Welcome! My name is Todd Burrier. Over two decades ago I was blessed to have been laid off in the banking industry during a time of economic upheaval.
