Create the Quality of life you want

Welcome! My name is Todd Burrier. Over two decades ago I was blessed to have been laid off in the banking industry during a time of economic upheaval. This led me to search for a way to have more control over my own future. I wound up in the home business world. After seven hard years of lessons and personal growth, I found a way to build a highly successful business from home, using some very basic and simple human principles. I have since been able to mentor many people on the path to a better life through creating a home based income stream. This blog is dedicated to helping anyone in a networking style business succeed. I will be sharing proven concepts for growing and leading a successful business. Anyone who is nice, honest, and committed to succeeding can do what I teach. If there are any topics you specifically would like me to address as we go along, just let me know. To comment on any posting mouse over next to the time of the post.

Readings

The Bible: Jonah, Chapter 3: Basically God had Jonah swallowed by a whale because, among other things, he was not practicing what he was preaching! A leader must do what he encourages others to do. People do what they SEE you do, not what you SAY (don't believe me?...look at children:-)

Og Mandino: "This day I will make the best day of my life. This day I will drink every minute until its full. I will savor its taste and give thanks. I will maketh every hour count and each minute I will trade only for something of value."

Kevin Hall (Aspire): "Sometimes the marble we chisel as we face hurdles and challenges in our individual lives is malleable, and sometimes its hard. However difficult, being able to see what is ahead unleashes the ability to persevere and prevail."

Maxwell (Failing Forward): Business author Jim Zabloski writes, "Contrary to popular belief, I consider failure a necessity in business. If you're not failing at least five times a day, you're probably not doing enough. The more you do, the more you fail. The more you fail, the more you learn. The more you learn, the better you get. The operative word here is learn. If you repeat the same mistake two or three times, you are not learning from it. You must learn from your own mistakes and from the mistakes of others before you."
